System status: designing intelligence
Rakshit Kumar Patel
I build enterprise-grade AI systems — from local LLM infrastructure to autonomous agents wired into ServiceNow. Not demos. Production systems that hold up under load.
01 · About
The engineer behind the systems.
I'm an AI Engineer and Enterprise Automation Developer who works at the intersection of large language models, distributed systems, and enterprise platforms. My work lives where cloud infrastructure meets applied AI — designing systems that are observable, secure, and built to survive contact with real enterprise traffic.
I've spent my time shipping automation into ServiceNow, exposing local LLMs safely through Cloudflare Tunnels, and instrumenting everything with OpenTelemetry so nothing is a black box. I care less about demos that impress for five minutes, and more about architecture that still makes sense at 3am when something breaks.

A stack built for production, not slideshows.
03 · Architecture
How a request actually reaches the model.
A real path traffic takes in one of my deployments — from browser to a locally-hosted LLM wired into ServiceNow via MCP.
